Who is in your house

You are handing a stranger a key. We take that seriously.

A family owned company built on integrity, clear communication, and a defined process that removes the guesswork. The hardest part of hiring a cleaner is not the price. It is letting somebody into the house on a Tuesday while you are at work.

  • You meet your cleaner on the first visit. After that, tell us how they get in and it goes on your file.
  • Request the same cleaner every visit. Tell us who you liked and we book them for you again whenever they are available.
  • You choose how your cleaner gets in. Home, lockbox or door code. Change it whenever you want.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

What services do you offer?

Standard, deep, move in and move out, short term rental turnover, commercial and real estate ready cleaning, plus Hybrid, a custom clean built around your own list.

Where do you clean?

From Buffalo to Syracuse. We serve Buffalo and Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Syracuse, and every ZIP code we cover is listed above. If yours is not there, call and ask.

What is the difference between standard and deep?

Vertical surfaces. Standard covers the surfaces you touch every day. Deep adds baseboards and the tops of baseboard heating, window blinds, ceiling fan blades, cobwebs, and in the bathroom the light fixtures and cabinet fronts. The full checklist for both is published above, before you book.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing varies based on your home's size, soiling level and service type. Contact us for a free quote.

Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?

We bill a flat rate based on the estimated hours for your specific cleaning type. The quote is for up to the estimated hours. If the cleaning will take longer than estimated, we call you before the end of the cleaning time to discuss options, such as leaving at the end of the estimated time or staying on a per hour basis.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products, just let us know in advance.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. All our cleaners are fully vetted, experienced and insured for your peace of mind.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients provide access instructions. Your comfort is our priority.

Is there an arrival time window?

Yes, we offer a one hour arrival window to allow for traffic, weather, childcare or other variables.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Most standard cleanings take 2 to 4 hours, depending on your home's size and condition. Deep cleans take more time.

What about my pets?

We are pet friendly and experienced with homes that have furry family members. Please note that pets do increase the time it takes to complete the clean.

Do you move furniture?

For the cleaner's safety and to prevent possible damage, we do not move heavy furniture. If you move it yourself, we will gladly clean behind and under it.

Do you move appliances?

For the cleaner's safety and to prevent possible damage, we do not move appliances. If you move them yourself, we will gladly clean behind and under them.

Do you clean under beds?

Typically we do not clean under beds unless the area is cleared. If it is reachable and free of clutter, we can dust under them on request.

Do you move items in the bathroom to clean?

We do our best to clean thoroughly. Bottles and items in showers are moved to clean underneath, but we do not clean the bottoms of those items. Vanities with a lot of items may limit what we can move.

Can I request specific tasks, like inside the fridge, oven or windows?

Absolutely. We offer add on services. Just let us know ahead of time.

What if something is not clean when I get home?

Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning if something was not completed. We will look into it and find the best solution.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling for recurring service, and up to 25% off when you book recurring service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes incur a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What is the hold on my card?

There is a 24 hour hold on the funds for the clean. It is not a charge and the funds are not withdrawn. The hold makes sure the funds are available before we send the cleaner out, and the card is charged after the clean is complete.

Can I tip?

Tipping is completely optional. If you choose to tip, we can add it to your card on file or you can give cash directly to the cleaner. Either way, 100% goes to the cleaner.
