Empty houses are priced by size and by how they were left. There is no recurring discount because there is no recurring visit. Tell us the house and the day and we come back with a number.

After. An empty house is the whole point. If the movers slip, tell us and the clean moves with them.
Do you clean inside the cabinets and closets?
Yes. Everything on the deep list, and then the inside of cabinets, drawers and closets once they are empty, because that is what the walkthrough checks.
Will this get my deposit back?
Nobody can promise what a landlord decides. What this does is make sure the house is not the reason.
Do the utilities need to be on?
Yes. Water and power stay on through the clean.
