My house is a designated landmark. Is that a problem?
No, but tell us when you book. Original trim, plaster and older finishes want gentler products and more time, and your cleaner should know before arriving rather than after.
Is a village colonial more work than a newer house?
It is quoted on the house, not on a rate card. Older houses usually carry more trim and more corners for the same floor area, and that is what moves a quote.
